Digistore24 vendors can configure their own return settings, so this platform context does not replace the Sensivion-specific policy attached to a given order.

Digistore24 says eligible refunds processed through its system may take up to ten business days, depending on the original payment method. The exact Sensivion process must be confirmed from the order documentation.

A typical process may involve locating the order-confirmation email, opening the buyer-support or order-support link, selecting the relevant cancellation or refund option, following the product-specific return instructions, preserving confirmation of the request, obtaining the correct return address before posting anything, and using trackable return delivery where appropriate. Return address, opened-bottle condition, empty-bottle condition and return-shipping responsibility should not be inferred from the platform's generic help pages.

Distribution, company and checkout addresses should not be treated as a return address without explicit instructions.
